I just had the most amazing weekend road tripin’ up the California coast with my best friend from college to celebrate her wedding shower! Hours talking and laughing in the car, tears of happiness seeing her try on her dress and excitement watching her open gifts for her new home! I couldn’t be happier for her! Her family lives in Livermore, California and I am pretty sure that if I had to move anywhere it would be there. It is the cutest town, with gorgeous rolling hills and beautiful real estate! It’s hard to beat San Diego but Livermore left a lasting impression :] All to say, we got back last night and I couldn’t wait to get this blog post up!!
Meet Beckham! Goodness, I love newborns…like a ton. I love spending hours squishing them around in fun positions and stuffing them into baskets :] It is my absolute favorite. AND I just loved this family! They were so sweet and Beckham is a wonderful addition to their beautiful children! Check out my favorites from the shoot :]
Meet my favorite five year old, Isabella! If you have been following my blog you will have seen her turn two, three, four and now five! This little princess is so fun to shoot because she poses from her head to her toes! Speaking of little princess, Isabella has an amazing collection of princess dresses! Her mom decided that they definitely needed to be incorporated into her 5 year birthday photos. We had tons of fun setting this shoot up! I mean, who doesn’t love a little Disney princess dress up?! As promised, I’m slowly catching up with my blog posts! I am SO excited to post this family! The Johnsons are such a sweet family and are doing a fabulous job raising their two sweet kids, Kasia and Cole! I get the pleasure of hanging out with these adorable little munchkins two days a week and I love it! It is a nice break from my computer screen and we have so much fun! We go on adventures to the Zoo and the park and laugh a ton! I was thrilled when Alyssa told me she wanted some new family pictures done! Busy, busy, busy. It is a great thing, I am not complaining but I have so much to blog! I’m so sorry for my huge absence in the blog world! Tons have been going on over at the Smith household. I turned 25 (yikes!), had to say goodbye to my Grandpa, celebrated Easter with my family, hosted 9 of my hubby’s old roomies (some of my favorite boys!), and am trying to keep up with my growing business (which I LOVE). Blah blah blah excuses excuses but I am back and ready to show the blog-sphere my recent, and not so recent, shoots!
I am kicking off this blog-a-thon with the Norman family! I have never seen such a gorgeous family, it runs through every generation! I have known Wendy, owner/hairstylist of JDM Salon with her hubs Jeremy, since I was in Jr. High. They are by far the sweetest people ever! Her sister Merilee coordinated my awesome wedding with Ever After Events! So I just love this talented and gorgeous family! You will see what I am talking about if you just scroll down!
